REGULAR MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
November 6, 1944
Regular meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held in the Municipal building on November
6, 1944, with all members present.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Davidson.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Mr. A. J. Dewall, representing Faltz-King and Day met with the council and gave information and
advise pertaining to the future completion of the sewer system and disposal plant.
The clerk was advised to bill out of town fires at actual cost with a minimum of $25.00.
