SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 10, 1945
Special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held at the Gamble store on January 10, 1945
for the purpose of opening bids for painting walls, ceilings, and finishing floors of library and
council room.
Contract for painting was given to W.A. Patinaude and sanding and finishing floors was given to
Spear and Dare, they having the lowest bids.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
