SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 22, 1945
The village council met as a board of audit at Davidson’s Store on January 22, 1945.
Members present: Mayor Davidson and trustees, Leger, Skellinger and Briggs.
The annual reports of the clerk and treasurer were examined and approved. The clerk was instructed
to have the reports published in the Star News.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
