REGULAR MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 07, 1945
Regular meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held at the municipal building on May 7, 1945
with all members present. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Davidson.
A delegation of local citizens with Mr. Safford as spokesman met with the Council regarding the
matter of zoning for residence and business districts. The Council decided to take the matter of
zoning up later.
D. Christian met with the Council in regard to an ordinance for pasteurizing milk in the village. No
action was taken on the proposition for the present.
Motion by Leger and seconded by Kramer that V.B. Skellenger be chairman of the Zoning
Committee. Motion Carried.
