REGULAR MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
August 6, 1945
Regular meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held at the municipal building on August 6,
1945.
Members present, Mayor, Davidson, Trustee, Leger, Kramer and Briggs.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Davidson.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
A motion was made by Kramer and seconded by Leger the following be appointed on the Village
Library Board: Mrs. Jon. Huseth, Mrs. Jessie Parsons and Mrs. Frank White. Motion Carried.
Building permit of E.L. Shadick was approved.
Application of Charles C. Gilley for on and off beer license was considered. Motion by Kramer and
seconded by Leger that application by approved. Motion Carried.
The following bills were approved and ordered paid:
