SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
November 14, 1945
A special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Municipal Building on November 14, 1945
for the purpose of opening bids on material and supplies for the new “White Way”. There were
four bids, General Electric, Graybar, Line Material, and Westing House.
Motion by Leger and seconded by Skellenger that the Graybar bid be rejected for the reason that no
check was attached and the Clerk be instructed to notify the company to that effect. Motion carried.
No further action was taken on the bids.
Meeting adjourned.
