MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 23, 1946
The Village Council met at the Municipal Building as a Board of Audit on January 23, 1946.
Members present, Mayor Davidson, Trustee Elmer Leger, V.B. Skellenger and Clerk Briggs. The
annual reports of the Clerk and Treasurer were approved and the Clerk was instructed to have them
published in the Star News.
The Clerk reported the following government bonds in the safety deposit box at the First National
Bank.
Sewer Fund $13,000
General Fund $8,000
Liquor Fund $5,000
Total $26,000
Meeting adjourned.
