SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
March 14, 1946
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Building on March 14, 1946 for the purpose of opening
bids for completion of the sewer and disposal plant. Members present Mayor Davidson, Briggs,
Skellenger and Leger. Bids were opened and read at two o’clock p.m. and tabulated. No contracts
were let, but the matter was held over until a later meeting
