SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
March 21, 1946
A special meeting of the Village Council was held at the Municipal Building on March 21, 1946. The
purpose of the meeting was to discuss with Mr. Duvall of Faltz, Kind and Day and Barbarosa and
Son the proposition of a cost-plus contract for completing the sewer. The Council appointed
Howard Wakefield Village Attorney.
On motion meeting adjourned.
