SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
April 8, 1946
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Building on April 8, 1946. Members present Mayor
Davidson, Leger, Skellenger and Briggs.
Mr. Barbarossa of Barbarossa and Son and Engineer Fratz of Faltz, King and Day were present and
discussed with the Council regarding the work on the sewer. The Council also inspected the site of
some proposed changes in the location of the sewer.
Meeting adjourned.
