RESOLUTION 90-~
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ORDERING THE PREPARATION
OF A DESIGN STUDY REPORT IN THE MATTER OF THE
MAIN STREET BRIDGE IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the City has been working through the bridge replacement process
for several years regarding the bridge over the Elk River at Main
Street; and
WHEREAS, the Project Path Report for this project was recently approved by
the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby authorized to prepare
a Design Study Report for the proposed replacement of the existing
bridge over the Elk River at Main Street.
2. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby authorized to prepare
and submit the appropriate advertisement to meet the Opportunity
for Public Hearing requirements.
