SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
October 26, 1946
A special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held at the Municipal Building on October 8,
1946 with all members present.
Mr. Fred Otto of Faltz, Kind and Day. Who was present at the meeting discussed the new white way
for the Village.
Mr. Don Bohaman representing the Worthington Pump and Machinery Corporation was also
present.
Upon motion of Trustee Skellenger and second by Trustee, Leger, the motion made by Trustee
Skellenger on May 6, 1946 rejecting the bids of the various companies for diesel engine generating
units is hereby rescinded and the bid of the Worthington Pump and Machinery Corporation is
hereby accepted for two 688 K.W. units as per their bid submitted at the May 2, 1946 letting upon
vote all members voted in favor of this motion.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
