VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 11, 1961
A special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held at the Village Hall on Sept 11, 1961 to
consider the matter of the Union and the Municipal Liquor Store. All members were present.
Members present:
Henry Johnson, Mayor; R.G. Kemper, Lars Larson, August Meyer, Trustees; H.A.
Briggs, Clerk
The following suggestions were made regarding changes in the contract with the Union.
Art II. Make 60 day probation period.
Art IV. Vacations June 1 to Nov 1
