VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
November 13, 1961
A special meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held at the Village Hall on Nov. 13, 1961 as a
hearing in regard to the sewer extensions. All members were present. No one appeared for the
hearing.
Members present:
Henry Johnson, Mayor; R.G. Kemper, Lars Larson, August Meyer, Trustees; H.A.
Briggs, Clerk
There were three bids received for building the road from the new school to Jackson St., Big Like
Gravel Co, Rooter and Johnson, and Johanson Const. Co.
It was decided to employ Johanson Const Co as they had the lowest bid. The bids are on file.
Meeting adjourned.
