RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR ALTERATION OF
NONCONFORMING SIGN APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council has adopted an ordinance
which established a mechanism for the review of the
alteration or relocation of nonconforming signs within
the City of Elk Riverj and,
WHEREAS, there is no existing fee to cover the cost incurred by
the City to process this zoning applicationj and,
WHEREAS, the fee proposed is consistent with the cost incurred
by the City to review and advertise said zoning
applicationj and,
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council has duly considered the
proposed fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River that the fee for the alteration or relocation of a
nonconforming sign shall be set at $110.00.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this 3rd
day of December, 1990.
