RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR DAVIS, DARROW, MEYER AMERICAN LEGION POST #112
WHEREAS, the Davis Darrow Meyer American Legion Post #112 has
made application for renewal of a Class A Premise
Permit; and,
WHEREAS, the requested premises for the gambling activites is
the American Legion Post #112.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Elk River grants its approval of a Class A
Premise Permit to Davis Darrow Meyer American Legion
Post #112 for gambling to be conducted at the Legion
Post #112 - 525 Railroad Drive, Elk River, Minnesota.
