RESOLUTION 90 - ~
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF
T.H. 169/MAIN STREET INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
OF 1990
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River has requested the Minnesota Department of
Transportation financially assist in a "Special Agreements"
project at the intersection of T.H. 169 and Main Street; and
WHEREAS, it is the City's desire to initiate the construction of these
improvements in 1991; and
WHEREAS, the City expects to hear regarding their funding request by
January 1, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1. Maier Stewart and Associates is hereby designated as Project Engineer
for the T.H. 169/Main Street Intersection improvement. The Project
Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the making
of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
Passed and adopted this 17thday of December, 1990.
