VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 23, 1963
A hearing was held at the Village Hall for the purpose of considering possible changes in the zoning
ordinance applying to part of village north and east of the railway and west of Jackson Street.
Council members present – Johnson, Larson, Briggs. Also Paul Carton, Kendal Houlton and Tom
Blackburn.
There was some discussion and the meeting was postponed until June 3, 1963.
Meeting adjourned.
