VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 2, 1963
The Council met as a Board of Review on July 2, 1963. Members present Norris, Meyer, Larson, and
Briggs. Mayor Johnson was absent. Also present Stuart Mapson, Village Assessor and Robert
Wallace, County Assessor. No changes were made.
Meeting adjourned.
