VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
August 22, 1963
A hearing was held at the Village Hall on Aug 22, 1963. The purpose of the meeting was to consider
possible re-zoning of the Frank Dreissig property to allow him to erect a two family dwelling, now
zoned as one family district. The following were present and made objections: Russell Sass, Carnie
Plloquin, Andy Harvath, Kendal Houlton, Milton Salk.
A motion was made by Norris and seconded by Briggs not to change the zoning thereby not
allowing a two family dwelling to be built.
Members of the council who were present: Mayor Johnson, Briggs, Meyer, and Norris.
Meeting adjourned.
