Authorization to Execute Final PlatDocuments for Field Services Facility Expansion
ACTION REQUESTED:
Authorize the Chair and General Manager to execute final plat documents for the Field Services
Facility property.
BACKGROUND:
As part of the Field Services Facility Expansion project, ERMU has applied to combine the
properties included in the project into one parcel. We expect the plat application to be
reviewed at the October 19 city council meeting.
DISCUSSION:
Staff is requesting authorization for Chair John Dietz and General Manager Theresa Slominski to
execute final plat documents for the Field Services Facility property as required by the City of
Elk River.
