DISCUSSION:
National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC)continues towork through the list of
Enhanced Divisionalized Accounting (EDA) and Non-EDA concerns/requests we provided
in June. Theyhave provided us with an update that shows five additionalchange
requests (CRs) thathave been created so far from our requests. NISC hasalsoprovideda
status update on our open CRs in Accounting and Business Solutions (ABS). Seven of
ERMU’s ABS CRs will be included in the next software release in November!
Testing and training for the Accounts Payable Workflow in ABS has been completed. On
September 22it was fully implemented company wide. This process change will create
increasedefficiencyacross all departments and create an electronic audit trail within
the accounting system.
