DISCUSSION:
Staff continues to work with Kodet Architectural Group, Ltd. ondesign elements for the
new field services building. The building is currently coming in over budget, so staff is
looking at different options to reduce costs.
Staff had a meeting with T2 Utility Engineers, WSB Engineering, and MnDOTfor the
upcoming Highway169 Redefine project. Therewill be a lotof water and electric
infrastructure that will need to be adjusted or relocated. There is another meeting
scheduled for October 12.
Staff is assessing the County State-Aid Highway 13 reconstruction plans; this project is
scheduled to be completed 2021.
Staff is working on the 2021 Water and Electric Expense Budget. More details are
provided in item 5.2 of this packet.
