RESOLUTION 88 - 32
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE HIGHWAY 10
STREET LIGHT CAPITAL PROJECT FUND TO THE MSA CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, the Highway 10 Street Light Project has been completed; and,
WHEREAS, the Highway 10 Street Light Project has a deficit fund
balance of $5,131.63.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River that the Highway 10 Street Lighting Fund be closed to
the MSA Capital Projects Fund.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of May, 1988, by the City Council of
the City of Elk River.
