A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, The Economic Development Authority's by-laws establish the second
Monday of each month at 5:30 pm as the regular meeting of the Economic
Development Authority;and,
WHEREAS, The Economic Development Authority of the City of Elk River finds it in its
best interest to change the meeting date and time of the regular monthly
meeting to the third Monday of the month at 5:30pm;and,
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority by-laws require an amendment to
reflect the change in date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority
of the City of Elk River (the EDA) that by way of action at a regular meeting of the
Economic Development Authority of the City of Elk River held on May 13,2013,Section
2.6(01) of Article 2 of the EDA by-laws are hereby amended to read as follows:
(01) Time and Place — Regular meetings of the Authority shall be held on the third
Monday of each calendar month at 5:30pm. Any regular meeting falling upon a
. holiday shall be held on the next business day at the same time and place.
Regular meetings shall be held by the Authority at such time and place as
determined by the Authority at its Annual Meeting, unless the Authority by
subsequent resolution establishes a different time and place for regular meetings.
