RESOLUTION 88- 68
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY 1989 TAX LEVY
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, in and for the
City of Elk River, has passed Resolution 88-1
authorizing the levy of one-third (1/3) mill, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River has consented
to this levy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority, in and for the City of Elk River, certify
this levy to the County Auditor on or before October
25, 1988.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 29th day of August, 1988.
