A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE SERVICES OF DELORIS COLLINS TO
THE ELK RIVER LIBRARY BOARD

WHEREAS, Deloris Collins served on the Elk River Library Board
from January, 1980, through August, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, her services to the community merits the gratitude of
the residents of the City of Elk River; and,
.
WHEREAS, it is highly appropriate that her service to the City
of Elk River should be recognized and expressed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that on behalf of the residents of the City
of Elk River, Deloris Collins' dedicated service to the
Elk River Library Board is hereby recognized and
appreciated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 29th day of August, 1988.
