RESOLUTION 88 - 74
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION
OF STOP SIGNS AT SIDE STREET INTERSECTIONS
OF MAIN STREET FROM KING AVENUE
AND UPLAND AVENUE
WHEREAS, the 1988 street improvement project has upgraded Main Street
from King Avenue to Upland Avenue; and
WHEREAS. a determination has been made that the streets intersecting
Main Street from King Avenue to Upland Avenue meet the warrants
for stop sign installation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1. The following streets within the City are to have stop signs installed
at all intersections with Main Street:
King Avenue, Lowell Avenue, Morton Avenue, Norfolk Avenue,
Proctor Avenue, Rush Street, Tipton Avenue & Upland Avenue.
Passed and adopted this 29 day of August, 1988.
