A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into a grant
agreement with the State of Minnesota for the project
entitled Alltool Manufacturing, Inc., to be conducted
during the period from August 16, 1988, through June
30, 1990.

City Administrator
is hereby authorized to
execute such agreements as are necessary to implement
the project on behalf of the City of Elk River.
