Background/Discussion
Case No. CU 20-19
At their October 19, 2020, regular meeting, the City Council opened the public hearing, received public comments,
and closed the public hearing. The applicant has since withdrawn this Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application
and will be reapplying for a CUP.
Staff will readvertise the project and bring the CUP back to the Planning Commission on November 24, 2020, and
to the City Council on December 7, 2020.
