RESOLUTION 88- 90
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TAX LEVIES
FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1989
WHEREAS, The Elk River City Council has reviewed the City's
anticipated expenditures for all funds in 1989; and,
WHEREAS, The Elk River City Council has considered projected
revenues for all funds in 1989; and,
WHEREAS, Revenues from sources other than property taxes are
insufficient to cover anticipated expenditures of all
funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that the following dollar amounts be levied
as property taxes payable in 1989.

Infrastructure Replacement
Dam Rehabilitation Loan
1977 GoO. Refunding
1980 Improvement Bond
1982 Sewer Equipment Bonds
1984 Certificate of Indebtedness
