DISCUSSION:
Our Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist and Accountant attended National Information
Solutions Cooperative’s virtual payroll workshop. Since this was virtual it gave them
both the opportunity to attend this year. A lot of new functionalitythat will be released
in our next upgrade was presented. Bothstaff memberscommented that there were
features and/or reports that were presented which will be helpful in the future.
Normally our auditors host a one-day seminar in the fall. This year they are having four
virtual two-hoursessions. Two of the four have been completed. They have covered
important topics relevant to the current times.
The paperless Accounts Payable workflow has been running smoothly. There have been
very small “bugs” to work out, but it has been embraced by all.
