DISCUSSION:
Staff continues to work with Kodet Architectural Group, Ltd. ondesign elements for the
field services building expansion. The original building plans came in over budget so we
are looking at moving the building on the lot so site prep and retaining walls costs can
be reduced.
Staff hada meetingwith T2 Utility Engineers, WSB Engineering, and MnDOTfor the
upcoming Highway 169 Redefine project. Thewater department staff had a meeting to
discuss options for relocating water mains and the electric department staff had a
meeting to discuss street lighting options.
Staff continues assessing the County State Aid Highway 13 reconstructionplans;this
project is scheduled to be completed in 2021.
Staff is working with MnDOT on the Highway 10 reconstruction project, which is starting
in the spring of 2021.
