VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 5, 1964
A special meeting was held at the Village Hall on June 5, 1964. Members present Mayor Johnson,
Meyer, Norris, and Briggs. Bartelt was absent. Also present were Engineer Mills, Richard Halter and
Otis Nickerson.
A motion was made by Norris and seconded by Meyer to accept report of Wm Mills and authorize
him to prepare engineering plans for the water, sewer and street projects for June 11, 1964. Carried.
The meeting was adjourned till June 11, 1964.
