Background
■ During the last meeting the PC asked staff to provide an
overview of the current sign ordinance.
Commercial Districts
■ C-1
• Walls signs at 15% of facade area not abutting residential
■ Freestanding sign at 64 SF and 20 feet tall
■ Increase by 25% if monument sign
■ Menu boards and canopy signs permitted
■ C-2
Wall signs at 15% of facade area not abutting residential
■ Monument sign at 40 SF and seven feet tall
