A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR ZONING APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS,
the existing zoning fees do not cover the cost incurred
by the City to process zoning applications; and,
the zoning fees proposed are consistant with the cost
incurred by the City to review and advertise said
zoning applictions; and,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
the Elk River City Council has duly considered the
proposed fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that the fees for zoning application shall be
as follows:
Administrative Subdivision ($llO)
Site Plan Review ($lSO)
Ordinance Amendment ($lSO)
Conditional Use Permit ($lSO)
Variance ($llO)
Zone Change ($llO)
Multiple Principal Building ($lSO)
Platting fees and extraordinary costs incurred for
zoning process listed above will also be
reimbursed to the City by the applicant.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this 23rd day
of January, 1989.
