Background/Discussion
Demolition of the five houses on Main Street and Gates Avenue is complete. Otting House Movers, Inc.,has
moved both houses at 419 3rd Street and 406 Main Street. Veit has been contacted to remobilize and demo the
two basements,which are projected to be completed by December 9, 2020.
Staff sent the Main and Gates sell sheet to developers who RSVP'd to attend the in-person Developer Forum,
now scheduled for March of 2020. Staff is also working with Communications on a sign installation on the
corner of Main and Gates and the Star News is working on an article for the proposed redevelopment.

maintain residential properties.
