Adopt, by motion, a resolution authorizing the transfer from the CARES Grant to the General,
Multipurpose Facility, Sewer, and Liquor Funds.
Background/Discussion

significant revenue and expenditure deviations which were not included in the adopted budget. During the
year, a grant may be received in which case both the revenues and expenditures are reflected as budget
amendments for approval by the City Council.

to the General, Multipurpose Facility, Sewer, and Liquor funds will provide reimbursement for internal
expenses of wages and benefits related to the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Budget amendments and transfers to recognize CARES grant revenues and expenditures and provide
reimbursement to funds affected by the COVID-related public health emergency.
