DISCUSSION:
Staff continues to work with Kodet Architectural Group, Ltd. on design elements for the
field services building expansion. Staff has interviewed three companies to act as
construction manager on the project and has offered the position to RJM Construction.
Staff is working on getting contracts put together. RJM has been the construction
manager for the Citys public works building and the multi-purpose facility.
Staff continues to have meetings with T2 Utility Engineers, WSB Engineering, and
MnDOT for the upcoming Highway 169 Redefine project. ERMU has received the Notice
and Order from MnDOT which authorizes ERMU to start obtaining material and to
contact the assigned engineer to schedule relocation and/or adjustment work
for the water and electric infrastructure.
