Approve, by motion, an On-Sale Brewer/Taproom and Off-Sale Growler License for Aegir Brewing Company
LLC, valid until June 20, 2021, contingent upon approval of a Conditional Use Permit allowing this use on the
property, any applicable state licensing approvals, and the building has received a certificate of occupancy.
Background/Discussion
Aegir Brewing Company, LLC, is requesting an On-Sale Brewer/Taproom and Off-Sale Growler License for a
new brewery/taproom located at 19050 Industrial Boulevard.
Aegir will be relocating their current brewery/taproom located at 707 Main Street.
