A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE ASSESSMENT RATE
FOR MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City has adopted a revised assessment manual on March 6, 1989,
which requires assessment rates for Municipal State Aid street
improvements be established by resolution; and,
WHEREAS, the 1988 assessment rates have been determined to need to be
increased to offset rises in construction costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1. The assessment rate for municipal state street improvements shall be
$17.00 per front foot for residentially zoned property and $24.00 per
front foot for commercial and industrially zoned property.
