A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Entering in an
Agreement with MnDOT for Trunk Highway 10 under State Project No.
7102-135 and Authorizing Execution
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1044570
with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs of the
grading, concrete and bituminous surfacing, ADA improvements, signal systems, and
lighting construction and other associated construction to be performed upon, along, and
adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 10 from Simonet Drive to Lowell Avenue within the
corporate City limits under State Project No. 7102-135 (T.H. 10=003).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: that the mayor and city clerk are authorized to execute the
0 Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
