Resolution 20- 101
A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary Publication
of Ordinance #20-_ An Ordinance Adopting the 2021 Master Fee Schedule
WHEREAS, on December 21, 2020, the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 20-17
approving the 2021 Master Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the Elk
River City Code and to comply with Minnesota Statute §462.353(4); and
WHEREAS, the 2021 Master Fee Schedule lists fees for Administration, Financial,
Environmental, Planning, Development, Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, and other
services; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at
the office of the Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, b� at least four -fifths vote,
a�horizes the publication of the title and summary of Ordinance 20-1 and that Ordinance 20-
shall become effective January 1, 2021.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
Wagner , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Dietz Councilmembers Christianson West aard Wa ner and
the following against: none , whereupon said resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
