A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO
PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
.
S.A.P. 204-114-01 (Tyler Street) from County Road 13 (Twin Lakes Road) to
201st Circle in the City of Elk River. Minnesota.
THIS RESOLUTION. passed this 15th day of May. 1989 by the City of Elk
River in Sherburne County. Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall
hereinafter be called the "City" WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS. the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 114 (Tyler
Street) from County Road 13 (Twin Lakes Road) to 201st Circle.
WHEREAS. the "City" will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the
improvement of this Street. and
WHEREAS. this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking
on both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a
Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon
certain parking restrictions.
NOW. THEREFORE. IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED:
That the "City. shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the east and
west side of MSAS 114 (Tyler Street) at all times.
