RESOLUTION 89 - 30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION REASSESSING A CERTAIN PARCEL ASSESSED IN
EXCESS FOR THE 1988 JACKSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Parcel PID 117-000-273106 is owned by Richard and
Juanita Runallo was assessed in 1988 for Street Overlay
Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the assessment was not appealed during the normal
special assessment appeal process; and,
WHEREAS, this property does not abut Jackson Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, the parcel does not benefit from the Street Overlay
Improvement; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined this parcel was over
assessed in error and the assessment should be reduced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that this assessment be reduced to zero (0)
and cancelled from the assessment roll as certified to
the County Auditor.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this 22nd day
of May, 1989.
