Recognize Michelle Eder for her service.
Background/Discussion
Michelle Eder submitted notice in September 2020, that she will not seek reappointment to the HRA. Ms.
Eder has been instrumental in providing leadership and sharing her vision in shaping Elk River for the
past four years. Her outstanding work and innovative ideas have greatly contributed to making Elk River
an incredible place to live,work and play.
Ms. Eder was appointed to the HRA on December 15, 2015, for a term beginning January 1, 2016. She
also served and represented the HRA on the Joint Finance Committee.

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Elk River (the "Authority") was created
by an act of the Legislature of the State of Minnesota entitled the "Municipal Housing and Redevelopment
Act," Minnesota Statutes, Sections 462.411 - 462.712.
