Background/Discussion
Otting House Movers is expected to have the remaining garage moved by January 4, 2021.
To comply with the city's stormwater requirements,Super T's Lawn Service was engaged to remove leaves,
sticks, construction debris, and to grade the area so it is ready to be seeded in the spring.
Staff has contacted the homeowner at 425 3rd Avenue and continues to market the proposed redevelopment
site which included a front-page article in the Star Nenv and a two-sided sign which is proposed to be installed
in the next couple weeks.
