RESOLUTION 89 - 32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION REASSESSING A CERTAIN PARCEL ASSESSED IN
EXCESS FOR THE 1988 JACKSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Parcel PID 115-020-000112 owned by St. Andrews Church
was assessed in 1988 for Sanitary Sewer and Watermain
Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the assessment was not appealed during the normal
special assessment appeal process; and,
WHEREAS, the sewage from this parcel does not flow into the
improved line; and,
WHEREAS, the parcel does not benefit from these improvements;
and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Elk River that this assessment be reduced to zero (0)
and cancelled from the assessment roll as certified to
the County Auditor.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council on this 22nd day
of May, 1989.
