Designate, by motion, the use of the City of Elk River website, ElkRiverMN.gov as the location where
transportation projects will be advertised.
Background/Discussion
The City of Elk River, in addition to providing advertisement in commonly circulated trade magazine publications,
advertises transportation projects on its website.
Minnesota Statute §331A.12 details the need to annually make this designation.
