Putsuant to due call and nodce thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority was called to ordet at 5:30 P.m. by President Tveite.

Moved by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissionet Westgaard
to approve the agenda.

2020 EDA Beautification Award
Ms. Eddy presented the staff report.
TamanAcketman, Chair of the Beautification Committee, teviewed the
recommendation of why Dr. Huntet was recorffnended fot the 2020Beattfication
Awatd.
Moved by Commissionet Hartwig and seconded by Commissionet Wagnet to
appfove the tecommendation from the Beautification Comrnittee and
recognize Dt. Huntet, Elk PlazaDental, as the 2020BeautificationAward
tecipient.
Motion caried 7-0.
Together Elk River Campaign Update
Ms. Eddy presented the update.
Commissioner Wagner ptovided an update on the last meeting of the Together Elk
River Brand Ambassador gtoup.
EDA Update
Ms. Eddy provided the update.

There being no further business, President Tveite adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authodty at 5:40 p.m.
